✿ TAG CARE INSTRUCTIONS ✿
Resin tags are waterproof, and can be cleaned with warm water and soap. Do not leave in extreme heat, as resin can soften. Resin tags are durable but they are not indestructible and can still break. It is recommended to not let your pet rough house with the tag or chew on it.
Metal tags are waterproof, but the paint used to color in the stamps is water based. We recommend cleaning by wiping with slightly damp cloth avoiding the stamped areas. Do not submerge in water or allow pet to chew on it.

US residents only. Orders are completed in the order that they are received. Custom builds have an average turnaround time of 3-4 weeks, and pre-made tags usually 1-2 weeks depending on my market schedule. Due to the customization process that takes place, I am unable to offer returns/refunds. However if the issue with the tag is due to an error on my part I will happily correct it by fixing the tag if possible or creating a replacement.
